Vinyasa, “to place yourself in a special way”. Austeen is teaching at Sanaras in Tecumseh, MI September 11th at 6:30pm
Join me for a flow class that combines inspirational music and movement to alchemize what's happening within us. We will place ourselves in purposeful, intentional, and special ways—all under the umbrella of a Vinyasa Yoga Flow. We will flow for 60 minutes with music that moves us and makes us feel.
This class seeks to marry strength, ease, tenderness, purpose, and support in your yoga practice, all while helping us digest what's happening within.
