Join us for a FREE evening of relaxation at Sunset, Sound, & Stretch in Tecumseh Parks! Enjoy a soothing outdoor sound bath with Shannon Renee of Me in the Meantime and a gentle yoga flow led by Heather from Sanaras Wellness Studio.
