Join us for a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class, open to all levels and guided in English.Move your body through a flow to connect movement, breath, and awareness. Building strength, connecting with your breath, and exploring both body and mind.
The class takes place in a cozy studio, equipped with mats and props, gentle background music, and a calming scent.
