Vietnamese Summer Rolls

Description: Summer Rolls; a fresh and complex Vietnamese roll full of chewy noodles, fresh herbs, spices, greens and a variety of meats. We will make a peanut sauce to accompany this dish!

These are great for parties, or warm days/nights..... I am longing for more of both.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• Refunds are given prior to 7 days before class.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
