An opportunity to connect with community and ourselves, through the practice of ritual wellness. Yoga and Ayurveda co-exist, and the two combined help promote longevity, support balance and foster deeply-rooted happiness.
Veda Babe's mission is to provide wellness education and support, so that each one of us can step fully into our power.
Ritual supplies and guidance are provided.
Bring your own mat (or rent one for $2). Wear a hat and comfy clothes that protect from the sun, which you don't mind getting oily. Bring a bath towel you don't mind getting oily. Warm showers are available at the bathhouse.
