Grief Support Through Gentle Yoga
About this Event
A gentle, supportive space for processing grief through the body.
In this yin-style practice, poses are held for several minutes to encourage deep release and nervous system regulation. The room is set with soft lighting, an altar for personal reflection, and an herbal tea bar to support a sense of grounding and comfort.
This is a quiet, inward-focused experience:
• No group sharing required
• Move at your own pace
• Listen to your body’s cues
You are welcome to write, sit, rest, or fully participate in the practice.
This is not about doing yoga “well”, it’s about creating space for what you’re carrying.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Lot and meter parking.
