What: Meditation Circle's Unravel Yoga Flow

Time: 7:00 - 8:06PM

Location: Flow Healing Body & Soul | 2061 W Jefferson Blvd, Los Angleles, CA 90018

This session includes:

• 45 minute graceful yoga practice to unravel tension in the body
• 10 minute guided breathwork session to unravel pent-up emotions
• 10 minute mindful meditation to unravel the thinking mind

Preparing for the session:

• no prior experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome
• please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment
• the session will begin promptly at 7:00 PM
• please dress comfortably and be prepared to move & relax
• you may also like to bring water, an eye/sleep masks, and/or a journal
• none of the above props are required; they are optional (and recommended) tools for you to find support
