This is a small, guided evening designed to help you slow down, reset, and step away from the stress of the day.
We start with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session, followed by a rotating workshop or guided experience focused on relaxation, mindfulness, or personal growth.

This is a two-part evening:
• Yoga (~50 min)
• Optional stress relief events after (Workshop themes rotate weekly - breathwork, journaling, mindfulness, etc.)
You’re welcome to join just the yoga or stay for the full experience.

Perfect for young professionals, grad students, or anyone looking for a more intentional way to spend their evening.
No prior yoga or wellness experience needed.
