Grand Rising Flow. A Sunday morning park practice to connect with the sun, body and breathe. Every 1st, 3rd and 5th Sunday at 9am.
About this Event

Grand Rising Flow a dynamic slow flow to waken the body and greet the sun. The class starts at 9am. We begin with mediation and breath work then move into our flow. After class stay for healthy snacks and community fellowship.
