Our October Unwind & Align event will welcome Julie Losole, Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach & owner of The Crystal Passage. Julie will be sharing practical tools and insights on how to protect your personal energy in everyday life. We'll explore what it means to carry our own energy versus absorbing the energy of others, and how this affects our well-being. She'll introduce simple, accessible practices- such as grounding, setting energetic boundaries, and using intention- that help us stay balanced, centered and at peace. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to recognize when their energy is being drained and how to restore and protect it.
