We asked you what they were, and we developed this interactive 3 hour workshop to discuss how to overcome them utilising the Quran and Sunnah. Find out for yourself, and have your say!

We will be talking about:

• Muslim mental health stigma
• Self identity
• Appearance pressure and social media
• Long term impact of poor wellbeing.

It will include a wide range of resources, discussions and activities.
