Join youth sport specialist Dr Craig Harrison for an informative evening offering practical advice and research-based insights to help parents and coaches support young athletes to thrive, stay motivated, and enjoy sport in a high-pressure environment.
As youth sport becomes increasingly competitive, many young athletes face burnout, pressure, and injury. This session provides clear, evidence-based strategies to help create positive sporting environments that build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong enjoyment of sport.
A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
We encourage parents, coaches, and supporters to attend and be part of the conversation about helping young athletes thrive.
