Systemic Family Constellations is a powerful, experiential process that reveals hidden dynamics within family and ancestral systems. When these are seen and acknowledged, meaningful shifts can occur, often in ways that thinking alone cannot access.

Join us for a day of Systemic Family Constellations at the beautiful Scorrier House in Cornwall.

Who this workshop is for

• You feel stuck in recurring patterns in relationships/work/family
• You carry emotions that feel disproportionate or hard to explain, or sense that family or ancestral history may be shaping your present
• You're navigating transition, loss, illness, or a significant life threshold
• You're open to experiential, embodied ways of working - this isn't talk therapy, and involves movement, standing, and physical presence in the room
• You're a therapist, coach, or practitioner seeking a deeper systemic lens

You don't need to have a clear issue in mind, or any prior experience, to benefit.

This work may not be the right fit if you are currently in acute crisis, looking for a quick fix, or prefer a highly structured or analytical approach. If you're unsure, you're welcome to get in touch beforehand to discuss whether this is a good fit for you at this time.

For some, this is immediate; for others, insight continues to unfold in the days and weeks that follow.

What happens on the day

The day begins with a short grounding practice. Before the first constellation, there is time to settle, introduce the process, and answer questions.

There will usually be 3 constellations, with regular breaks. We allow time between constellations for reflection and integration, so the day unfolds at a sustainable pace.

Everyone present participates in some way - as an issue holder, representative, or witness.

Issue holders bring an issue that they wish to explore through a constellation.

Representatives are centrally important as they stand in for a person or element within someone else's family system. Representatives do not role play or perform. It is an embodied process - sensations or emotions may arise that don't feel entirely your own, and sharing this offers insight into the system itself. You'll be guided throughout, and are always free to step back if anything doesn't feel right. If you're new to this work, coming as a Representative is often the good way to begin. Many people find their most personal insight this way, without even bringing their own issue.

Witnesses sit in the holding circle. People often experience clarity for themselves simply through observing other people's family constellations.

You do not need to bring an issue to attend.

No previous experience is necessary, and you only take part in ways that feel comfortable to you.

Facilitator

Dr Alice Laskey is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years' experience in mental health and emotional wellbeing, having worked across NHS, private, and educational settings. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

She has been involved in systemic constellations since 2017 and trained to advanced facilitator level with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (CSC). Her facilitation is known for its warmth, depth, and clarity, bringing both professional expertise and personal authenticity to create a safe, grounded space where deep systemic work can unfold.

Places & Fees

Places are limited to a maximum of 16 participants, with only 3 guaranteed Issue-Holder places available.

£125 - Guaranteed Issue-Holder place - 3 places - once sold a waitlist will be available. Issue Holder places are for those who wish to bring a personal issue, which is guaranteed to be explored in a constellation

£65 — Representative place - Representatives take part in others' constellations, or observes. No personal issue required.

£45 — Introductory first-time place / Bursary place - this is for a representative or witness place.

(If space allows, representatives may have a chance to bring an issue to constellate as well.)

Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days before the workshop.
