Who is it for?

This course is for anyone who'd like to develop their leadership, motivation, goal setting, selling, buying, presenting, performance management, confidence, stress management or communication skills - to name a few. We've delivered this course to over 700 delegates, from business owners and CEOs to newly self-employed people.

About the course

A large proportion of our working life is spent in communicating with and attempting to influence other people. On this course you'll learn how to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to enhance and improve the skills you already have. Most people find the confidence and insights they gain over the duration of the course cause positive changes in other areas of their life as well. It's designed to help you become the best you you can be, whether that's improving your professional skills, becoming a better communicator, or setting and achieving goals.

This course will be delivered in person, broken down into six one-day sessions from 09:30 - 16:00. Sessions will be led by Evolution MD Martin Crump, and will vary between presentation, discussion, group activities and personal reflection.

Delegates will have unlimited lifetime access to the entire course content online, so that they can go back and rewatch or revise any of the topics covered at their own pace. Previous delegates have reported that access to the online content has allowed them to fully integrate their learning into their day-to-day, and ensures that they get the most value out of the course.

The cost of this course is £1397 + VAT, reduced to £1117 plus VAT if booked before Friday 1st May 2026.
