Tuesday Mat Pilates
About this Event
Tone, stretch, breathe. Pilates will help you build lean muscle throughout the body, with an emphasis on a strong and stable core and deep and mindful breathing. Join us for a fun and energizing class and an enhanced mind-body connection! All levels are welcome. Classes are every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Classes are led by certified and Safe Gatherings-approved instructors.
