About this Event
Welcome to the Trending Titles Book Club! We meet on the last Wednesday of every month to discuss the biggest books of the moment!
In September we will be discussing Headshot by Rita Bullwinkel. Structured through a series of face-offs between eight teenage girl boxers over the two days of a championship tournament, Bullwinkel's sparkling debut novel is an emotionally visceral and darkly funny exploration of physical intimacy and our vexed relationship with our bodies. Headshot has been longlisted for the Booker Prize 2024.
