Take time out every month to sit and read a book with fellow readers. Recharge yourself in a calm cosy environment. Bring your current read, your favourite book or peruse our Bookcrossing shelves to find a new book to read as we present to you the Sherwood/Nottingham chapter of the Silent Book Club.
Opening at 6pm for food and drinks and to find your perfect spot.
Reading starts at 7pm for one hour of calm book joy.
Socialising between 8pm and 9pm. You are welcome to stay and chat with fellow readers, make new friends or just continue reading your book. food and refreshments will still be available too!
Some Silent book clubs are adult only. We believe in encouraging reading at all ages. However, we ask that young children stay at home but encourage ages 7+ to join a family member for the evening.
