Trash or Treasure: Identifying literature that is appropriate

Learn how to determine which studies are robust, and which ones are relevant to your study.

Be prepared with a paper you wish to review or follow along the worked example.

Following this workshop participants should be able to know how to identify useful, high‑quality articles to inform their research.

Workshop Facilitator:

You are required to bring your own charged laptop

Please arrive on time for this workshop, as it will commence at the advertised time.

A detailed map of the Baillie Henderson Hospital campus, showing direction of traffic, buildings and parking locations, is available here. Allow adequate time to find a car park, do not assume that a spot will be available in the closest car park. This workshop will be held in the downstairs training room in rush building (Building 5 on the map), which can be accessed on the southern side of the building at ground level.
