Transformational Breathwork + Sound Journey with Rachel Flower
This is more than a breathwork class. It is a full-body immersion where your breath is the doorway and sound is the current that carries you through.
Using a rhythmic, connected breathing practice, you move out of the thinking mind and into the body, where tension softens, emotions move, and clarity arrives on its own.
The journey unfolds inside a layered soundscape of curated recorded music woven with live instruments played in the room. Because the live sound responds to the group, no two journeys are the same.
You will lie on a mat and be guided from grounding and intention, through the breath journey, into a spacious rest. No experience is needed.
Tickets are $30.
Is this journey right for you?
Breathwork is powerful. Please check with your doctor, and tell us before you book, if any of these apply:
- Pregnancy
- Heart conditions, high blood pressure, or a history of heart attack or stroke
- Epilepsy or seizures
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- An aneurysm, or recent surgery or injury
- Severe asthma (bring your inhaler)
- Serious mental health conditions such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe PTSD or panic
- Medications for heart, blood pressure, or mental health
- Sound sensitivity, tinnitus, or hearing aids
- A gentler, modified breath is often available, so you can still take part in the sound journey. You can slow down, breathe naturally, or rest in the sound at any time.
