What to expect:

This retreat consists of four nights at a beautiful on mountain chalet, warm nourishing meals, two full alpine ski days at Northstar Resort, guided group skiing, morning and evening yoga and meditation practices brought to you by Kate, cross country skiing at Tahoe Donner XC (ranked top 5 cross country ski centers in North America by USA today), exploration of the vibrant town of Truckee, a trip to lake Tahoe and MORE!

Designed for those looking to dive deeper into their connection to movement, mindfulness and nature. This experience blends skiing, yoga, and community.

Why Pair Yoga and Skiing?

With skiing and yoga combined, you will gain a whole new understanding of moving your body and how to optimize it. All while getting to be outside in nature & meeting like minded people with a stunning back drop of snow capped hills.

Kate will lead you through yoga flows that will target muscles used in skiing. Our strong morning yoga practices will have you building endurance in your muscles. Kate's classes also weave in breath work, yogic philosophy and meditation that guides you into the present moment. Alpine ski moves will later be broken down by Tod. With this melody- Kate will get your body into its most open and successful state pre-skiing (mentally and physically). Time outside in a nature on the snow will compound on this feeling creating ultra presence.

Whats included:

-4 nights stay at a wonderful luxury on mountain home at Northstar Resort with hot tub

-daily yoga and meditation with a 500+ hour certified instructor

-guided skiing 2 days on the hill
