A day for trans and non-binary community members to relax and engage in restorative offerings, at no cost.
About this Event

From 2-5 pm, we will be offering various restorative practices, including...

  • Vision board crafting
  • DIY "stress-relief" jars
  • DIY simmer pots for aromatherapy
  • Gentle mindful movement (bring a yoga mat for this!)
  • Trans life affirmation panel quilt making activity
  • Tea station, where participants can design their own tea

Different activities will be happening at the same time, offering multiple opportunities for relaxation.
