Toning and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Join us for a sound bath session that combines crystal singing bowls and toning to create a meditative and transformative experience. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and water. Or, there will be rocker/recliner chairs for use. We will start with 10 minutes of toning, then lie back for approximately 50 minutes and let the vibration from the crystal bowls surround and indwell you.
