Join us for a rejuvenating Saturday morning sound bath designed to help you unwind from the week and enter your weekend feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected.

Held in a serene indoor space, Healing Vibrations offers a gentle, immersive journey through sound. You’ll be guided through waves of healing resonance using gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums—each instrument carefully selected to support deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and energetic balance.

This 60-minute experience is suitable for all levels—no prior experience with sound healing or meditation is needed. Simply arrive with an open heart, ready to receive.

Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional clarity, or a sacred moment of stillness, this sound bath offers a nurturing space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

*Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Please arrive on time. Doors will lock at the beginning of class as to not disturb the sound healing session. No refunds for last minute cancellations or no-shows.
