Combining a postural yoga practice with a mixture of heart-focused meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to increase flexibility and mobility in the body and create a calm mental space. This slower paced, breath to movement flow creates balance and harmonizes one’s mental and physical state with a focus on heart coherence. A spiritually restorative practice to ground your heart, mind, and body.
