Full Moon Candlelit Sound Bath & Yoga at The Maven Hotel in the Dairy Block

Join us Thursday, November 7th, for a truly magical evening of healing, sound, and connection under the glow of the full moon.

This intimate candlelit experience combines the restorative power of sound with the grounding flow of yoga—creating one of Denver’s most unique full moon rituals inside the beautiful Maven Hotel / Milk Market courtyard at the Dairy Block.

The evening begins with a Journaling around the full moon's intentsions followed by a 30-minute immersive sound bathled by Christina Ifurung of Kapwa Sound Bath, featuring crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and channeled light language.
You’ll then be guided through a 30-minute all-levels candlelit vinyasa yoga flow led by Yoga Social, focusing on breathwork, mindful movement, and emotional release.

Surrounded by soft candlelight and the energy of the full moon, this special night invites you to rest, renew, and reconnect—with yourself and your community.
