CIRCL Mobility AKA Yoga

CIRCL Mobility is a fitness program that helps people improve their flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. It's offered by Zumba and is based on functional movement science.

What it includes

• Flexibility exercises: Dynamic stretches and movements to improve joint flexibility
• Breathwork: Exercises to stimulate the nervous system and help people relax
• Resistance and conditioning: Elements to help build muscle strength and endurance
• Music: Music to help people relax and destress
