Learn how to cook a beloved Tongan dish: Lū Kapapulu! This mouth-watering dish consists of corned beef (kapapulu) and onions, cooked in creamy coconut milk and wrapped in taro leaves (lū).
The evening will end in a shared feast where you'll get to enjoy the delicious Lū Kapapulu and other traditional Tongan flavours. It's a true taste of Tongan hospitality and community! We can't wait to see you there!
An exhibition of traditional Tongan Cultural features will be held at the library from 14th to 21st March.
