Street Talkβs Bboy / Bgirl High Performance Bootcamp is a 4-session intensive designed to build strong, confident, battle-ready breakers β whether you're just starting out or already hitting the cypher.
This is not just a dance workshop.
Itβs a structured training programme combining:
βοΈ Breaking foundations
βοΈ Calisthenics & body strengthening
βοΈ Cardio conditioning
βοΈ Mobility & injury prevention
βοΈ Learning new movement
βοΈ Battle strategy & cypher confidence
We focus on giving young people (and adults!) the physical tools, cultural grounding, and mindset to grow safely and confidently in the art form.
π Delivered in community spaces at Potters Park and Wesley Community Centre
π Attend one session or commit to all four β each session stands alone but builds progressively as a full series.
This bootcamp is about more than moves.
Itβs about rhythm, discipline, resilience, and finding your voice on the floor.
With breaking now recognised on the world stage β including the 2024 Summer Olympics β this programme connects grassroots culture with elite athleticism.
