This panel will address the challenges facing young people today—including the impact of social media, suicide prevention, and how to effectively talk to kids about mental health.Moderator - Colleen Rodriguez (CEO LJD JFCS)

- Leigh Mathis, Registered Intern Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She is a school based therapist at Torah Academy and the Martin J Gottlieb Day School.
- Elly Armendariz, Teen Peer Support Specialist from Here Tomorrow
- Connie Smith, Senior Director of Healthy Living from the YMCA
