YOGA IN THE PARK-Murray Hill Four Corners Park

Hi, I'm Lauren a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Jax, Fl. I found Yoga in my own healing journey and knew this could not be something I kept for myself. I realized my mind and life had moved on from my experiences but my body was still keeping the score. After my first Yoga class with Dorie at the YMCA, I knew this was the missing part to my own mind-body-soul connection. The space and capacity created in my life after starting my Yoga practice in 2020, and moving onto getting Certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher (during COVID this was my outlet) still continues to bring me thru anything life brings me. And I want the same for you. Join me on the mat as I empower you to restore balance and harmony with in your mind-body connection

There is plenty of parking around the park. Yoga mats are available for rental $2. Bring a friend or a kiddo over the age of 6 (kids are free).
