Throw Kindness

Join me for Throw Kindness, a family-friendly workshop. Using art as a medium, participants (ages 7 and up) explore kindness from a self-compassionate perspective—learning to treat themselves like a good friend.

In this hands-on workshop, participants craft a functional art piece while engaging with STEAM and mindfulness concepts. Throw Kindess offers a glimpse into CRATE Art Therapy Workshops for Kids, which are designed to help young people navigate emotions through mindful, art-based practices and build their emotional intelligence tool-belt.

No artistic experience is required, just a willingness to explore creativity.
