Walk, Talk & Thrive – FREE Women’s Walking Group

Looking for a simple way to get moving, meet great women, and feel better in your body?

Walk, Talk & Thrive is a free weekly walking group designed to support your health in a realistic, enjoyable way.

Each session includes:

• A relaxed group walk (3–7 km, all levels welcome)
• A 20-minute mini health coaching session before we start
• A supportive, welcoming environment—no pressure, no judgment

This is about fresh air, connection, and small steps that lead to real change.

Info: We will have our first coaching session out front of "Seasons of Bowness" restaurant in beautiful Bowness Park from 8:30 until about 8:50. From there we will continue on our walk through Bowness Park around the river walk. (approx. 4 km)
