Join us for Themsdays, a welcoming outdoor yoga experience created for queer folkx and allies to move, breathe, and connect in community. Led by Daria (they/she), this all-levels class centers softness, self-expression, and joy, with no pressure and no perfection.

Set in the open, grounding beauty of Grant Park, this offering invites you to take up space exactly as you are. Expect intentional movement, affirming energy, and a space that honors both rest and play.

Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, come as you are. Bring a mat, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.
