There is an entire world around us that we rarely see, and it may hold some of the most important connections on Earth. Join us at the Blake Planetarium for an immersive journey into the mysterious world of fungi and discover the remarkable role these organisms play in connecting life across our planet.
Our feature presentation, Fungi: Web of Life, explores a world hidden between the familiar kingdoms of plants and animals. Fungi are all around us, yet much of their story remains a mystery. Through stunning fulldome imagery, discover how fungi connect living things, support ecosystems, recycle nutrients, and help sustain the intricate web of life on Earth.
From the forest floor to the world's largest ecosystems, Fungi: Web of Life reveals the remarkable relationships that make life on our planet possible. What may appear to be separate and independent organisms are actually part of an interconnected system, and fungi are at the center of many of those connections.
Following the film, continue the exploration with a live guest speaker who will bring the fascinating world of fungi beyond the planetarium screen. Learn more about the science, significance, and surprising roles of fungi, and gain a deeper appreciation for a world that is often overlooked despite being essential to life on Earth.

TICKETS ARE SOLD ONLINE ONLY. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.
Please note that we are a ticketless venue. When you buy your ticket online, you are immediately added to our attendee list, so there is no need to print your ticket or present an e-ticket. You can simply check in with your name and a smile.
