Most AI coding demos show you a finished thing. This one shows you the part that actually matters: the thinking that happens before anything gets built.
René starts with a short pre-recorded walkthrough of how he wrote the spec, narrated live. Including what he cut out of it, and why.
Then he builds the thing in the room.
The build is a real-time heat map for large multi-track conferences. Attendees rate talks while the talks are happening. Ten minutes into a session you can see whether to stay put or go find the better room down the hall. René got the idea while stuck in a talk at JS World in Amsterdam with no way to know what he was missing.
About 35 minutes in, it goes live to a real URL. Everyone in the room opens it on their phone. Then we stress-test it on the only session available, which is this one. His ratings go up on the projector in real time while he keeps building.

After that, the room picks the next feature and he builds that too.
He closes on the honest part. What the agent got wrong. And whether an app like this should ship at all.
