THE SOUNDBATH

Join me at Yoga, Meditation & Healing, a tranquil and welcoming studio in the west end of Glasgow, for a one-hour Soundbath using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to support your wellbeing.

Many people find soundbaths helpful for easing stress, improving sleep, and emotional balance.

Let the vibrations ease tension in your body, quiet your mind, and bring your energy into balance.

This is a safe space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Blankets, cushions and bolsters will be provided. There are some yoga mats available to borrow in the studio, but please bring your own if you have one, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

To keep the space calm and undisturbed, doors will close at 14.55 and late entry will not be possible.
