What are Women’s Circles?✨

Is a place for us all to come together to connect and be present. It is a safe place free of judgement where women can be their true selves where they feel held, supported, seen, heard and loved🩷to gather together to be with other women and not feel alone. Unleashing their raw and unapologetic self. For women to recognise their power within and re-connect to their inner self.

✨ Welcome ritual

✨ Brain Dump Journalling: letting go, clearing your mind.

✨ Intention setting: meaningful intentions to guide your journey towards personal and spiritual growth.

✨Journaling Journey: connecting to your intuition, your desires, dreams through guided journalling session.

✨meditation: guided meditation to centre and ground you, connecting back to self.

✨Sharing Circle: To share anything that has come up for you/how your feeling. Any guidance you would like.

✨Oracle Cards: free to pull your own card and connect with me for questions or further clarification.

✨ movement: moving your body to music and feeling energy around your body.

✨ closing ceremony.

The intentions of my woman's circles is to leave feeling grounded, empowered, uplifted ,feeling heard and valued.

✨please bring your own blankets, something like yoga matt to sit on or blanket it will make you feel more cosy.You will also need a journal & pen✨
