Healing the Healer Meditation Circle

This circle is open to men and women in healing roles: NHS workers, residential carers, therapists, holistic practitioners, mental health workers, etc.

As caring workers, we give so much of our energy, time, emotion and compassion as part of our daily life. How do we replenish this valuable energy so that we can continue to be a resource to others? Hopefully, this monthly healing moment will help.

These sessions will be devoted to deep relaxation through a 45 minute intentional hypno-meditation followed by some discussion, exercises and exploration of how we can, individually and as a collective, protect and nurture our gifts.

On-street parking should be plentiful on Ingleside Road (or Dalkeith Avenue if you're lucky)! The number 7 bus stop 'Dalkeith avenue' is just across the road.

PLEASE NOTE: I f you are allergic to cats, please take Medic*tion/precautions before you come. Cats will not be in the room with us, but their fur definitely will be!
