Starting the session with finding your space and getting into a comfortable position sitting/lying on the floor. I will come around with aura spays to open up your aura at the start.
The journey through intention of your spoken word and breathwork, are journey starts by opening your chakras to connect to your and higher self and inner child, with the intention of releasing stress, anxiety, past traumas, depression, illness, fatigue, lower thought prosses and lower energy's from every day life.
Moving on to a crystal sounds from the 7 chakra bowls this helps in releasing and opening up to dissolve the lower vibration.
Taking you into the gong sounds moving though crescendos of different frequencies and sounds, using a variety of tools with the gong, releasing high vibrational sounds to remove all that does not serve your body, mind and spirit.
Gently moving to the sounds of rain sticks and chimes leaving you in a state of relaxation, feelings of being lighter and free from all that you have been carrying around with you.
Leaving you in a short time of quite space to slowly come fully back to your self and your body though breath and grounding your energies.
