About this Event

The course blends applied biomechanics, load management, training concepts and performance rehabilitation with psychological and communication strategies to optimise the return-to-run and performance enhancement process.

Through interactive workshops, live case studies, and real-world problem solving, participants will develop practical frameworks for assessment, rehab planning, and performance programming across all running disciplines — from 5K to 100-mile ultra.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Conduct thorough biomechanical and load-based assessments for runners.
  2. Create progressive, evidence-based rehab programs tailored to distance and athlete type.
  3. Apply practical load monitoring and data interpretation tools in clinical settings.
  4. Integrate psychological and communication strategies into rehab to enhance adherence.
  5. Plan safe, performance-oriented return-to-run processes within seasonal and event frameworks.
