MangeBienSzn & Sauce Modern Caribbean Cuisine proudly present the F.U.E.L. Program which is a unique 4-week Caribbean HIIT experience (Saturdays) designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build healthier habits while having fun.
Whether you're a beginner starting your fitness journey or someone looking to level up your training, F.U.E.L. welcomes all fitness levels.

- Dates: Saturdays: June 27/ July 4 / July 11 / July 18

4-Week HIIT Journey
- Week 1 – Ignite: Build your foundation and set goals.
- Week 2 – Elevate: Increase intensity and challenge yourself.
- Week 3 – Push: Improve endurance and strength.
- Week 4 – Celebrate: Finish strong and celebrate your progress.
4-Week Refuel (Dietary Restrictions Will Be Accomodated)
- Week 1 – Smoothie Bowl: Mango, Guava, Banana Smoothie Bowl, topped with Chia seeds, granola, fresh fruit, nuts and a nut butter.
- Week 2 – Fish Sandwhich: Lightly battered basa with lettuce, tomato, sweet and tangy slaw and scotch bonnet aioli on homeade bun.
- Week 3 – Jerk Chicken Rice Bowl: Rice and Peas, shredded carrots, lettuce and red cabbage, cucumbers and chickpeas topped with a mango salsa.
- Week 4 – Wrapped Chicken Roti: Curry chicken, potatoes and chickpeas in a dhal puri roti.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the event of unfavourable weather, the workout portion may be moved to an indoor location.
- To ensure adequate time for meal preparation, tickets must be purchased a minimum of 3 days prior to the event.
- Waiver forms will be required during check-in.
