Whether you’re an aspiring instructor, a current fitness or health professional, or a dedicated Pilates student ready to expand your understanding, this training will meet you where you are.
In this program, you will:
Master the original 34 Pilates mat exercises, with modifications for all levels and populations
Learn anatomy, biomechanics, and alignment through a functional, movement-based lens
Develop powerful cueing, sequencing, and teaching skills
Learn transitions, layering, and how to bring your own spark to your teaching
Create and learn both Classic and Contemporary Pilates sequences
Explore the history, philosophy, and evolution of Pilates
Gain practical teaching experience through self-practice, supervised practice, and observation
This certification is:

Training Details:
Dates: July 20–24 & July 27–30, 2026
Times: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta (exact venue to be announced closer to the date)
Registration Deadline: May 29th 2026
Tuition:
💰 $1,950 + GST
💳 $400 + GST non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot (applied toward total tuition)
External Hours (completed independently):
10 Hours – Class Observation (live, online, or recorded – links available in your student portal)
10 Hours – Practice Teaching (with peers, friends, or clients – online or in-person)
10 Hours – Self-Study & Personal Practice (reading, journaling, reviewing material, and practicing exercises)
Exams & Certification
To receive your 100-Hour Mat Pilates Instructor Certificate, you will complete both a written and a practical exam:
Written Exam
Open-book format
Completed on the final day of training
Passing grade: 80% (unlimited retakes available)
Practical Exam
Teach a 60-minute Pilates class in person (recorded) - must have at least 3 students visible in recording - recording sent in for evaluation marking. $50 non-refundable or evaluation marking. Practical must be completed within 6 months of program completion. Passing grade: 80%
If not completed within 6 months, a $50/hour private refresher session will be required before booking your exam
By graduation, you’ll be prepared to teach inclusive, purposeful classes that inspire strength, alignment, and lifelong wellness.
