Camps are open to children ages 5–15, with or without type 1 diabetes. Campers ages 13–15 can take part in our integrated leadership development program. Youth 16+ are invited to volunteer and can earn community service hours. Friends and siblings are always welcome!
Camps run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as full-day, drop-off programs. Before and after care may be available.
Participants stay active in multi-age groups, trying new sports and exercises while learning to manage diabetes together. Coaches and peers with T1D share lived experience and practical strategies, creating a fun, empowering environment where kids build self-confidence and communication skills.
Parent Communication
We connect with parents or caregivers at the start and end of each day to share updates and ensure everyone feels confident about the day’s plan. Our team tracks testing, snacks, and insulin doses, and offers helpful insights for ongoing diabetes management when needed.
