Ruth Mielek is a British Wheel of Yoga diploma holder who has been teaching yoga in and around Plymouth since 2008. The yoga poses take care of your joints, muscles, and respiratory system, but folk are encouraged to notice their physical qualities and adapt postures accordingly. Elegance and grace can develop in our daily activities when we patiently and consideratly work on physical strength and flexibility. Beginners and experienced yoga practitioners are accommodated as Ruth offers perspectives on yoga and suggests ways to experience authentic spiritual practices that are simple but profound.
