September Cosy Shelf: Summer Memory Boards ☀️
September’s Cosy Shelf is an evening all about slowing down, getting creative and capturing the little moments from your summer that you want to remember.
This month, we’ll be creating our own Summer Memory Boards — filling them with photographs, postcards, ticket stubs, little keepsakes, notes and meaningful moments from the summer.
Think of it as a little scrapbook, memory board and time capsule all in one.
What we’ll be doing
You’ll receive your own memory board and everything you need to decorate it, including craft materials, papers, embellishments and other little details to make it completely your own.
You’ll then have the evening to arrange and create your board while enjoying a relaxed evening of creativity, chats and lovely company.
What do I need to bring?
This is the one thing we’d love you to bring along!
Please bring a few small meaningful items from your summer that you’d like to include on your board.
These could be:
- Photos
- Postcards
- Concert or event tickets
- Ticket stubs
- Little notes or letters
- Receipts or paper keepsakes
- Small flat souvenirs
- Pressed flowers
- Maps or travel keepsakes
- Anything else that brings back a lovely memory
The Cosy Shelf
Cosy Shelf is about more than just making something.
It’s a chance to leave your worries at the door, put your phone down, get creative and enjoy a couple of hours with other lovely people.
You can come with your friends, come on your own or come along even if you’ve never been to The Shelf before.
We have regulars, first-timers and girls who have never met before all sitting around the same tables, chatting, laughing and making new connections.
You don’t need to be artistic and you don’t need to know anyone beforehand.
Just come as you are.
