About this Event

Survivors' Macrame Workshop - Day 1

🧵 What to Bring

  • Personalise your piece: While all core macramé cords will be provided, we highly encourage you to bring along some of your own home textiles if you want to incorporate them! Think old patterned fabrics, lace trim, colorful yarn, ribbons, or clothes you'd love to upcycle.

🥗 Food & Drink

  • Please make your own lunch arrangements.
  • We will happily provide complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits.

💜 A Note on Our Workshop Environment

We love creating a warm, supportive, and social atmosphere. However, please remember that this is a creative craft workshop and not a therapeutic space. We kindly ask all attendees to refrain from sharing personal stories of trauma and to remain deeply mindful of others' potential triggers. Let’s keep our conversations light, comfortable, and focused on building a safe, relaxing environment for everyone to enjoy making art together.
