About this Event
Once a month. 90 minutes to put everything down.
We begin in the body with a somatic practice to arrive, to feel what's here before the breath begins. This is the moment that the nervous system softens and the thinking slows. There's a little more room to just be.
Then we breathe. Conscious connected breathwork a continuous, connected rhythm that opens something in the heart and moves through the rest of you. This is how the big exhale happens. As something you allow when the breath begins to guide you.
This journey creates space to clear out some of the density you've been carrying. It’s invites an opening to feel more yourself. Not a better version or…just the real one. It’s a space to know, a little more deeply, what your heart is actually asking for. So that when you walk back out, you walk out from somewhere true.
You're welcome here as you are. No agenda, no expectations. Just arrive.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- An eye cover
- A water bottle
- and a notebook (optional)
Suitable for: Open to all levels. No prior breathwork experience needed.

There are other breath patterns that may be more suitable for you, and you are always invited to join the journey in a way that’s safe and supportive.
