The Babe Reset: Sculpt + Stretch

Enjoy an intimate evening with Hayley Gianoli, co-founder of Babe Hot Pilates. Hayley will guide you through a classical, non-heated Pilates flow designed to build strength, alignment, and connection, followed by "Babe, You Need to Stretch," a restorative signature stretch class led by Nya Ross. Expect to feel lengthened, grounded, and fully reset. Curated gift bags and totes from Babe Hot Pilates will be provided after class. All levels are welcome.
