Ready to move, reset, and feel amazing? Join us in person for the 72 Carlyle x Nofar – Organize Your Body event. Hosted at 72 Carlyle, developed by Lefferts, this special class is led by Nofar Pilates, known for its mindful, body-aware approach that helps improve alignment, strength, and overall well-being.

The class focuses on tuning into your body, learning practical tools to stay balanced, and giving back to the community while doing it. All proceeds will be donated to The Rhythm Foundation, a Miami Beach–based nonprofit supporting free community programs including the Miami Beach Youth Music Festival, North Beach Social, Arts in the Park, and the Bandshell’s Roller Disco series.h Beach Social, Arts in the Park, and the Bandshell’s beloved Roller Disco series.

The Experience

55 minutes - Athletic Pilates Flow. Strength, control, and full-body percision.

15 minutes - Stretch & Mobility. Deep opening to restore balance and alignment.
