♥️ROOT CHAKRA PILATES FLOW with AROMATHERAPYLed by Elysia Rodriguez (@elysiarodd), a grounding, strength-building Pilates flow designed to reconnect you to your body and foundation. Intentional movement is paired with chakra-aligned aromatherapy to support Root Chakra activation — cultivating stability, safety, embodiment, and presence.

Led by Lexi Kramer (@lexxikramer), a soothing sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and energetically integrate the practices through vibration, frequency, and intentional stillness.

💌 VALENTINE’S CACAO CEREMONYLed by Luis Jimenez of Cacao Soul (@cacaosol), this heart-opening cacao ceremony blends ritual, reflection, and connection. Guests will write an uplifting Love Note and later receive one during the ceremony, followed by guided journaling to deepen themes of self-love, presence, and conscious connection.
